This is a full-time, on-site role located in St. Cloud, MN for a Network Specialist. The Network Specialist will manage the daily operations and maintenance of network systems, ensuring network security, functionality, and reliability. Responsibilities include network administration, troubleshooting, implementing and designing network solutions, and performing regular system updates to minimize vulnerabilities. The role will also require responding to technical issues, analyzing performance data, and contributing to the optimization of the IT infrastructure.
- Strong skills in Network Administration, including configuring and maintaining network systems.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues effectively.
- Knowledge and expertise in Network Security to ensure data protection and system integrity.
- Experience in Network Design and implementing solutions tailored to organizational needs.
- Understanding of general Networking concepts and protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and VPNs.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
