S&H Youth and Adult Services is currently hiring for full-time and contract Outpatient Therapists to join our strong team of professionals for our Charlotte, Concord and Salisbury offices. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, has a passion for helping others and engaged.


General Responsibilities

  1. Complete Intake Assessment for the assigned beneficiary
  2. Develop treatment plans/PCP for each assigned beneficiary
  3. Provide individual, group, family, or family group therapy for the assigned beneficiary(s)
  4. Complete daily services notes for the beneficiary.
