Role Description
This leader will oversee all core accounting functions, including financial reporting, consolidations, and the month-end close process across multiple entities. A key focus will be improving efficiency, consistency, and speed of the close process while strengthening overall financial visibility across a growing organization.
The role plays a critical part in supporting an acquisition-driven platform, helping integrate newly acquired businesses and standardize accounting processes across multiple sites. This includes improving cost visibility, enhancing reporting, and building scalable financial infrastructure.
In addition, this individual will partner closely with executive leadership to provide actionable financial insights, support strategic decisions, and help guide performance across the organization. This is a highly visible role in a lean team environment where leadership is expected to be both strategic and hands-on.
Key Experience
- Strong experience with cost accounting and financial reporting
- Exposure to multi-site and/or acquisition-driven organizations
- Hands-on leadership experience in accounting operations and close processes
Salary : $250,000 - $270,000
