On‑Site Coordinator (Bilingual Spanish/English)
Manufacturing Facility – Assisting our Temporary‑to‑Permanent Workforce Employees
We are seeking a highly organized and bilingual On‑Site Coordinator to support temporary‑to‑permanent manufacturing employees and serve as the daily connection between our staffing team and the client’s production leadership. This role requires strong communication skills, manufacturing experience, and the ability to supervise and guide employees in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, guide, and supervise temporary‑to‑permanent manufacturing employees
- Communicate job expectations, safety rules, and daily updates in both English and Spanish
- Partner closely with manufacturing supervisors and management staff
- Assist with attendance tracking, shift coverage, and employee performance follow‑up
- Support onboarding, orientation, and basic training for new employees
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports for staffing and HR teams
- Help resolve employee concerns professionally and promptly
Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments
- Prior employee supervision or team‑lead experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work on‑site daily and collaborate with HR and management teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
