Our Full-Line Maintenance Company looking to hire a full-time Facility Maintenance Technician to perform service call work orders and projects for multiple commercial, industrial and residential service locations. This would be comparable to a building or operating engineer position at multiple properties. In this position you must possess knowledge and experience with one or more of the following: electrical / lighting, plumbing, HVAC, hardware / mechanicals, building maintenance, etc. Candidate must also have some type of Facility Maintenance background to apply. Electrical, plumbing, and/or HVAC EPA certification(s) is/are a plus. We are currently and primarily hiring for a technician with electrical & lighting as a specialty that will still need to be able to perform other trade-work, however there are additional positions available otherwise. We additionally have office and support staff to assist in perform the quoting, communication, technical support & researching, scheduling, materials & parts sourcing and pickup, and billing responsibilities with the technicians in the field.The company primarily utilizes digital platforms for a majority of our services and procedures along with phones & tablets in the field for the technicians to keep up with the evolutions and advancements of our trades, properties, and growing customer base.Our normal operating schedule is Monday through Friday with emergency/on-call services when needed on nights and weekends.
Salary : $30 - $36
