We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Cleaning Technician to join our dynamic team, providing exceptional cleaning services for both residential and commercial properties. Duties
- Perform detailed cleaning of apartment homes, offices, and common areas.
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize all assigned areas.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces to company standards.
- Empty trash and replace liners.
- Clean windows, mirrors, baseboards, doors, and light fixtures as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning.
- Safely use cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies according to company guidelines.
- Complete move-in, move-out, and turnover cleanings within scheduled timeframes.
- Take before and after photos of completed work (if required).
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service.
- Arrive on time and work efficiently, independently, or as part of a team.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and notify management when supplies need to be restocked.
- Travel to different job sites as scheduled.
Qualifications
- Cleaning experience preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a background check (if applicable).

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
