What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
- Experience Required: Must have prior professional experience specifically working for a residential cleaning company.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from our home office each day.
- Punctuality: Exceptional punctuality is an absolute must. Our team and our clients rely on us to be on time, every time.
- Background & Drug Screen: Must be drug-free and have a clean criminal record. Candidates must be able to pass a standard criminal background check and a drug screening.
- High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to handle the physical demands of the job (standing, bending, lifting up to 25 lbs).
- Authorized to work in the US.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Perform detailed cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms.
- Clean specific areas as requested by clients (e.g., baseboards, interior windows, wiping down appliances).
- Handle clients’ belongings and homes with the utmost respect and care.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and punctual schedule daily.
