Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted Entry Level Assistant Manager
- Engage in direct Sales interactions to promote AT&T’s telecommunications products and services
- Educate customers on the latest telecommunications innovations to meet their needs
- Consistently meet and exceed Sales targets through consultative and solution-based approaches
- Manage client accounts and ensure complete satisfaction with all telecommunications services
- Work collaboratively with your Sales team to strategize outreach, retention, and growth efforts
- Represent the Entry Level Assistant Manager brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous Sales experience is a plus, but not required — training is provided
- Passion for the telecommunications industry and customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude
