What are the responsibilities and job description for the Network Administrator position at S&B Pharma LLC?
Job Requirement
- Review Spam filtering, User account locks.
- Review firewall & VPN security logs.
- Review ATT fiber circuit for usage – weekly.
- VPN tunnel bandwidth & usage, Datto Backup report.
- Restart all lab instrument controllers – Monthly.
- Webroot anti-virus Review & monitor.
- Retrieve from Datto as needed.
- Network printers - Set up, any issues with printing, user codes, etc.
- Create/deactivate new users, set up email.
- Issues with Internet down.
- Active Directory, file server management, firewall, Distribution groups, security groups.
- Setting up Desktop/Laptop, battery/laptop issues, VPN, replace batteries for Laptop, UPS.
- Share drives – Access.
- Patches, windows updates.
- Datto agents on machines.
- Any Outlook issues, SMTP.
- Manufacturing / QC instrument Backup, set up any new.
- Licenses Monitor, Ethernet Switches, Host.
- TV connectivity Meeting rooms.
- Set up Zebra Printers
- Phones - Work with AT&T to provide new mobile lines as needed.
- Printers - Set up password, clear ques, co-ordinate with the vendor for regular services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in computer science or Graduate or equivalent
- 7 years hands on experience in pharmaceutical or life science related industry
- Familiarity in an FDA regulated industry. Experience with IT system environments subject to regulatory controls (FDA, 21 CFR Part 11)
