Job Overview
Entry-Level Field Position – Outdoor, Full-Time
We’re hiring an entry-level, full-time field team member to work outdoors across NW Georgia. No experience is required—we provide training. This is physically active, hands-on work, so you should be ready to move, lift, and engage in field tasks.
We’re looking for an honest, dependable team player who is committed to getting the job done. Work hours are generally a standard 40-hour week, though schedules may fluctuate depending on projects. Travel to job sites can sometimes be long, as all work starts and ends at our office.
Responsibilities
- Assist survey technicians in collecting field data using GPS devices, total stations, and hand tools to ensure precise measurements of land features and boundaries
- Assist in operating and maintaining surveying equipment.
- Assist with heavy lifting and physical tasks required for site setup, equipment transport, and fieldwork logistics Qualifications.
- Basic understanding of land surveying principles
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while walking property, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail with ability to recognize important details of a property.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and document findings clearly
