What You'll Do
- Meet with clients face-to-face to explain benefit programs and assist with enrollment.
- Provide ongoing support and help clients with coverage or account questions.
- Maintain accurate client records and daily updates.
- Represent S&A Group professionally in your community.
- Collaborate with team leaders to meet goals and share field insights.
What You'll Need
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or any client-facing role (preferred but not required).
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Compensation
$50,000–$70,000 per year, based on performance.
Additional bonuses and incentives available.
