The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for managing the S-5! Centralized Marketing Services Team; architecting, executing, and optimizing marketing systems, campaigns, and processes across digital and traditional channels. The Marketing Services Team functions as a shared engine that equips both the Regional Marketing Team and Field Sales Team with content, campaigns and operational support that enables front-line effectiveness.
This role combines operational rigor (CRM, lead lifecycle, campaign execution) with creative contribution (content development, video production oversight) and strategic input.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This manager role manages a team of direct reports across the Centralized Marketing Services Team. The Centralized Services Team is comprised of marketing professionals across creative, CRM, digital, campaign management, and media. The Centralized Services Team executes marketing programs and objectives for internal stakeholders and external partners.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Overseeing end-to-end campaign production; digital, creative and content execution.
- Ensuring all marketing content and Centralized Services initiatives are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget.
- Driving operational efficiency through standardized workflows, capacity planning, and continuous process improvements.
- Managing team capacity and resource allocation
- Serving as a people manager; coaching and developing a multidisciplinary team of marketers and creatives.
- Setting team operational targets, KPIs and service-level agreements for on-time content and campaign delivery and quality.
- Tracking campaign results and reporting on outcomes and ROI to senior leadership.
- Working closely with Sales, R&D and other stakeholders to align strategy and execution to business goals.
Marketing Operations & CRM Management
- Own and administer HubSpot CRM, including data architecture, workflows, automation, and reporting.
- Design and maintain lead management frameworks: scoring, segmentation, lifecycle stages.
- Implement and optimize lead routing logic aligned with sales structure and territory design.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and actionable reporting across marketing and sales systems.
- Build dashboards to track lead funnel performance
Campaign Development & Execution
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print channels.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, and performance tracking.
- Manage vendor relationships (agencies, printers, media partners).
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for ROI.
Content Strategy & Production
- Contribute to and execute content strategy, including video production, written content, and sales enablement assets.
- Ensure content aligns with brand positioning and technical accuracy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership teams.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Manage and develop direct reports.
- Serve as the operational bridge between marketing and sales.
- Establish scalable processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Drive accountability and execution discipline.

Education and Experience:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing operations or integrated marketing
- Expertise with HubSpot CRM
- Experience with lead management, campaigns, and content creation including video
- Experience managing direct reports
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in manufacturing, construction, or the building products industry
- Experience in technical or specification-driven sales environments
- Working knowledge of creative tools (Adobe Suite, video editing)
Annual salary range $80,000-$90,000 plus quarterly bonus potential
