What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Trainer & Operations Manager position at RYZE Personal Training?
Lead Trainer & Operations Manager
RYZE Personal Training | Gorham, Maine
We're not looking for someone to manage a gym.
We're looking for someone to help build one of Maine's premier personal training companies.
RYZE Personal Training is growing, and we're looking for a leader who takes ownership, solves problems, develops people, and makes sure our members receive an exceptional experience every single day.
This isn't a front desk position.
This isn't a typical management job.
This is a leadership role for someone who wants to build something meaningful, develop a team, and make a lasting impact on the lives of our members.
If you're looking for a place where you simply supervise employees and wait for instructions, this probably isn't the right fit.
If you're the type of person who naturally steps in, solves problems, supports your team, and takes pride in making a business better every day, keep reading.
Why This Position Exists
At RYZE, we already have coaches.
We already have programming.
We already have members who trust us.
What we need now is someone who ensures the business operates at a high level every day.
Your mission is simple:
Protect the member experience. Lead the coaching team. Own the daily operation so the business runs at a high level every day.
When problems arise, you solve them.
When trainers need support, you're there.

Your success allows the Owner to focus on growing the business, expanding to future locations, and building the RYZE brand.
