Data Center Network Engineer

RYZ Labs is hiring for a Data Center Network Engineer to design, implement, and operate high-availability network fabrics. Experience with spine–leaf, BGP/EVPN/VXLAN preferred. On-call rotation required.Responsibilities:Design, deploy, and maintain data center networks and interconnects.Monitor network performance/capacity; optimize to meet uptime and latency targets.Troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and packet loss; perform RCA and remediation.Implement network security and segmentation (ACLs, firewalls, microsegmentation).Automate provisioning and configuration (Ansible/Python); maintain documentation.Plan and execute changes, upgrades, and lifecycle management with minimal downtime.:Qualifications:Bachelor’s in CS/EE/IT or equivalent experience.4 years in data center networking.Strong routing/switching: BGP, OSPF, EVPN/VXLAN, ECMP, IPv4/IPv6, QoS.Hands-on with Cisco/Arista/Juniper; experience with ACI or EVPN fabrics; LB/firewalls a plus.Proficient with monitoring and NetOps tools (e.g., NetBox, SolarWinds, sFlow/SNMP, Grafana).Scripting/automation (Python, Ansible) and version control (Git).Certifications a plus: CCNP/CCIE, JNCIP, Arista ACE.If you are interested in this opportunity, please take the following short initial interview to start our process:About RYZ Labs:RYZ Labs is a startup studio built in 2021 by two lifelong entrepreneurs. Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
