WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO:Design and build applications powered by large language models, leveraging both commercial APIs and open-source models. Implement RAG pipelines, preprocessing workflows, and orchestration to coordinate LLMs, external tools, and APIs. Fine-tune, optimize, and deploy models in cloud environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Design and deploy agentic AI systems that enable LLMs to autonomously plan, choose tools, and adapt workflows to complete complex tasks. Establish monitoring, testing, and responsible AI safeguards to validate outputs, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with privacy and security standards. Build APIs and microservices that integrate LLM capabilities into larger systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs. WHAT YOU BRING:Experience: 5 years in software engineering, data science, machine learning, or related fields, including at least 2 years of LLM/AI engineering LLM Expertise: Hands-on experience with both commercial APIs and open-source models, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, structured output parsing, and advanced RAG pipelines. Agentic Systems: Experience in designing and deploying agentic AI systems that integrate LLMs and other tools to autonomously plan, act, and adapt workflows. Deployment: Proficiency with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD practices LLMOps: Experience with monitoring, evaluation, experiment tracking, and continuous improvement of deployed LLM applications. Software Engineering: Strong Python skills, with expertise in version control (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket), testing frameworks, and modern engineering best practices. Data & Search: Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search techniques. NICE-TO-HAVE:Exposure to knowledge graph integration (Neo4j, GraphDB). Familiarity with API frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Django. Prior work in finance, healthcare, manufacturing or retail. Certifications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks) Experience with agent-based architectures such as MCP, A2A, LangServe. Experience with IaC tools (Terraform/CloudFormation) and observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog.
