Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chattanooga, TN, for a Technician at Rytech Restoration of Greater Chattanooga. The Technician will be responsible for performing water damage mitigation, structural drying, mold remediation, and other restoration services. Day-to-day tasks include operating drying and moisture detection equipment, assessing and documenting damage, and maintaining quality and efficiency in all restoration activities. The technician will interact with customers to provide excellent service, ensure satisfaction, and uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in identifying and performing water damage mitigation, structural drying, and mold remediation tasks
• Experience with operating and maintaining restoration equipment, such as dehumidifiers, air movers, and moisture meters
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills for diagnosing and addressing restoration challenges
• Effective communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift equipment as required
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergency on-call shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in water damage restoration or mold remediation are a plus
