Ryson Roofing has served Baton Rouge and the surrounding area for over 25 years. We're growing our sales team and looking for experienced closers who know how to run a roofing sales process from first appointment to signed contract.

What we're looking for:
- 5 years of experience in roofing sales, project management, or a related outside sales role
- A proven closer — someone comfortable presenting, handling objections, and getting contracts signed
- Strong communication and follow-through with homeowners and insurance adjusters
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
The role: You'll run appointments we set for you, walk homeowners through inspections and estimates, close the sale, and manage the project through completion. This is a role for someone who wants to sell, not chase leads.
