Salary Range: Based on experience
Job Summary: As RYSE’s Customer Support Agent, you will have the opportunity to support RYSE’s operations by expertly navigating customer inquiries and concerns, proposing resolutions, and ensuring customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via various communication channels (emails, Live Chats, etc.) and in a timely manner
- Resolve customer issues by providing accurate guidance and instructions on solutions for optimal customer satisfaction
- Possess and maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products, services, and value proposition
- Document detailed and true records of customer interactions in the customer support database or CRM system
- Stay abreast of standard operating procedures for navigating customer inquiries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand each customer’s account and enhance service delivery
- Relay any feedback (positive or negative) to internal teams and Leadership to continuously improve the customer experience
Education and Requirements:
- Experience interfacing with customers via Live Chat
- Experience using ticketing systems such as Gorgias
- Experience using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
