Position Overview
RYSE Construction is seeking a reliable, highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the Director of Finance in a fast-paced commercial construction environment. This role is a critical support position that helps keep day-to-day office, financial, and operational workflows moving smoothly.
The right person is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and adaptable- someone who can shift priorities quickly, “wear different hats,” and stay calm while juggling multiple requests. No two days look the same, and flexibility is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support
- Provide direct administrative support to the Director of Finance, including scheduling, document prep, and follow-up coordination
- Answer phones and route calls professionally to the appropriate team members
- Support office operations and help improve internal systems and processes
- Assist company leadership as needed with scheduling, coordination, and administrative support
Organization & Documentation
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems (consistent naming, version control, archiving)
- Collect, track, and organize project closeout documentation (warranties, manuals, lien waivers, turnover packages, etc.)
- Coordinate, collect, organize, and archive end-of-job photos for project closeout, recordkeeping, and marketing use
Finance Support
- Assist with audits, reporting, and special projects as requested by the Director of Finance
- Help ensure sensitive documentation is handled correctly and available when needed
Coordination & Company Initiatives
- Order and manage company swag, branded materials, and office supplies
- Assist with coordinating team events, internal initiatives, and company-wide activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s degree preferred)
- 2 years of administrative experience preferred (construction, accounting, or professional services a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Professional communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and exercise sound judgment

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
