Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of the facility, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
- Manage and supervise a team of maintenance staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for maintenance and housekeeping operations
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address potential issues
- Collaborate with other members of the management team to ensure that the facility is running smoothly and efficiently
- Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and housekeeping supplies and services
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for maintenance operations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance and housekeeping, with supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
