What are the responsibilities and job description for the Carpenter/Laborer position at The Maintenance Doctor?
We’re looking for a reliable, motivated Carpenter/Laborer to join our home remodeling team!
This is a full-time position working primarily on kitchen and bathroom remodels along the southeastern Connecticut shoreline.
Ideal Candidate:
- Has some carpentry knowledge or experience
- Takes pride in quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Is dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Works well as part of a small, professional crew
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) frequently.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, climb, and work in various weather conditions for extended periods.
Competitive pay based on experience.

Salary : $18 - $25
