- Lead, mentor, and support technicians to ensure high-quality, efficient repairs
- Act as the technical expert for the shop, assisting with complex diagnostics and repair challenges
- Assign and manage workflow to maximize productivity and meet customer deadlines
- Maintain repair quality standards and ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership guidelines
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding repair status, timelines, and technical explanations
- Conduct quality control checks on completed repairs
- Promote a positive, team-oriented shop culture focused on safety, cleanliness, and continuous improvement
- Assist Service Management with training, coaching, performance feedback, and process improvements
- Lead by example with professionalism, accountability, and a strong work ethic
- Previous experience as a Shop Foreman, Lead Technician, or senior-level automotive technician
- Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and technical skills
- Proven leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer satisfaction through quality repairs
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays as needed
- Clean driving record
- ASE and/or manufacturer certifications preferred
Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
