- Perform work listed on repair orders efficiently and accurately
- Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, brakes, steering, A/C, suspension, and electrical
- Test-drive vehicles and verify repairs using diagnostic tools
- Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding repair needs and time estimates
- Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer standards
- Ford or ASE certifications preferred (training provided if needed)
- Strong automotive background and teamwork skills
- Clean, valid driver’s license
- Willing to complete a background check and drug screening
