What You Will Do
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will build relationships, guide customers through the buying process, and deliver an exceptional vehicle purchasing experience.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Building lasting relationships and creating customers for life
- Assisting customers in selecting vehicles by listening and asking thoughtful questions
- Becoming a product expert on all vehicle models, packages, and technology
- Conducting professional, high-quality vehicle demonstrations
- Following up with buyers to generate referral and repeat business
- Learning to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Reporting to the Sales Manager on objectives, activities, and performance
- Maintaining a positive, high-energy attitude every day
Required — Non-Negotiable:
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- High energy and self-motivation
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service (not required)
