Job Summary
As a Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN), you will provide nursing care to residents while incorporating our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care. Your role will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in daily life.
Responsibilities
- Develop assignments in coordination with care partners
- Ensure accountability for resident care and satisfaction
- Participate in resident daily life rhythm
Requirements
- Current LVN/LPN licensure in the state of employment
- CPR certification
- Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
- New grads welcome
