The ideal candidate will have current RN licensure in the state for which applying and prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care. New graduates are also welcome to apply.
About the Role
This role involves working in a collaborative environment with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The RN will be responsible for performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments, initiating plan of care as needed, and supervising resident care.
Job Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the state for which applying
- Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care
- CPR certification
