the Ryckman Brothers is seeking a skilled Carpenter with strong knowledge of exterior construction. This role involves performing high-quality carpentry tasks, repairs, and installations on residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with framing, trim, siding, decks, and other structural/exterior components, as well as interior finish work such as doors, cabinetry, and flooring.

Key ResponsibilitiesInterior Construction
Exterior Construction
- Perform carpentry tasks on siding, decks, porches, roofing, fencing, and exterior framing.
- Assist with repairs and upgrades to structural components and exterior finishes.
- Work with project managers to complete residential and commercial exteriors to high-quality standards.
General Duties
- Complete assigned work orders for residential and commercial clients.
- Check in and out of jobs using company mobile app.
- Document work thoroughly with photos and notes.
- Maintain safe, clean job sites and ensure professional customer interactions.
- Deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality workmanship across all tasks.
Must-Have Requirements
- Solid knowledge ofexterior construction methods and materials.
- Basic hand tools (specialty tools provided as needed).
- Ability to use mobile app for check-in/out and job documentation.
- Strong attention to quality craftsmanship and detail.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation to and from pick up locations (company vehicle provided after 60 days).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
