CARPENTERS: EXPERIENCED EXTERIOR SIDING/WINDOWS CARPENTER WANTED

Storm Master Exteriors is looking for experienced siding and window installers who know how to work with their hands, solve problems, and take pride in doing the job right.

We are especially interested in people with experience in:

✔ Siding

✔ Windows

✔ Doors

✔ Gutters

✔ Soffit and fascia

✔ Decks

✔ Exterior trim

✔ Repairs and general exterior construction

We are not looking for someone who only knows how to follow a cut list.

We are looking for someone who can look at a project, understand what needs to happen, think ahead, and help carry the job across the finish line:

• Someone who notices problems before they become bigger problems.
• Someone who respects the customer’s property.
• Someone who can work independently, communicate clearly, and still be part of a team.

PROJECT LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE IS A BIG PLUS

Here us out: That does not mean you need a management title to apply.

We are building a stronger production team and are especially interested in people who have the experience—or the potential—to take on greater responsibility over time.

Some of the best leaders are already leading without being recognized for it. Maybe you are the person everyone calls when something goes wrong. Maybe you are the one training the newer guys, checking the details, talking with the customer, or keeping the project moving.

If you have officially worked as a Project Manager, Lead Carpenter, Crew Leader, Foreman, or Jobsite Supervisor, that’s a huge advantage.
