Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in luxury manufacturing industries to drive product vision, roadmap, and delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with high-end/luxury brands and understand manufacturing workflows, supply chain, and product lifecycle in this domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and engineering to define product vision and roadmap
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Prioritize features based on business value, customer impact, and ROI
- Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and operations teams
- Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Grooming, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality product releases
- Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams
Required Skills & Experience
- 10 years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager
- Strong experience in Luxury Manufacturing domain (must-have)
- Examples: Fashion, Apparel, Jewelry, Watches, High-end Consumer Goods
- Deep understanding of:
- Manufacturing processes
- Supply chain & inventory management
- Product lifecycle management (PLM)
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
