Oracle C2M Functional Consultant

Onsite : Dallas, TX ( relocation is fine)

Required Skills:

  • Requirements gathering and analysis for C2M system.
  • Design and configuration of C2M.
  • Support UAT and provide end-user guidance.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements/specifications.
  • Perform gap analysis between current systems and desired C2M functionality.
  • Provide expertise in rate design, billing configurations, and customer account management.
  • Recommend best practices for system configuration and data management within C2M.
