Qualifications:

- Prior experience in dental or healthcare facility management: 3 years office management, or 5 years front office experience.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.

- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Strong insurance background.
Training & Onboarding:
- This role includes a structured onboarding program during the first 90 days designed to support long-term success.
- Training may include hands-on mentorship, shadowing experienced Office Managers, and occasional travel to high-performing offices.
- Flexibility in scheduling during the initial training period is expected to maximize learning and development opportunities.
