Duties
- Operate lawn mowers, power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment to maintain lawns, gardens, and landscapes efficiently.
- Assist with planting, pruning, tree trimming, and shrubbery care.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment.
- Perform groundskeeping tasks such as edging, mulching, fertilizing, and pest management with attention to detail.
Experience
- Prior outdoor work experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and power tools is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques such as mowing, gardening, planting, and tree trimming will set you apart.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety protocol adherence during outdoor tasks ensures a safe working environment for all team members.
- Experience operating grounds maintenance machinery such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, or similar equipment is advantageous.
- Ability to pull a trailer and run a plow truck is highly desirable, but not necessary.
