Duties
- Assist with lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming to maintain healthy and attractive lawns
- Support landscape maintenance activities including planting, pruning trees and shrubs, and applying mulch or soil amendments
- Operate hand tools like shovels, rakes, pruners to prepare planting beds or remove debris
- Use power tools such as trimmers, blowers and hedge trimmers to complete landscaping projects efficiently
- Help install hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and borders
- Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients
Experience
- Prior experience or familiarity with landscaping is preferred
- Basic mechanical knowledge useful for operating power tools and small machinery safely
- Hands-on experience with lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, or blowers is a plus
- Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant care techniques is beneficial
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina and attention to safety standards
- Experience with construction or hardscape installation enhances your ability to contribute effectively
- Strong teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude are essential for success in this role
- Pay based on experience $18-$20
