Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of various landscaping tasks. This role involves maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties through a variety of landscaping services. The Landscaper will work closely with clients to ensure their landscaping needs are met while adhering to safety standards and best practices.
Duties
- Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, and fertilization to maintain healthy grass and plant life.
- Execute tree trimming and tree care activities to promote growth and safety.
- Build landscape features such as flower beds, retaining walls, and pathways to enhance property aesthetics.
- Operate snow plowing equipment during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, demonstrating mechanical knowledge for minor repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while providing high-quality service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to operate landscaping machinery safely and effectively.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- A valid driver’s license is required for transportation to shop.
