Role Description
We are seeking a full-time on-site Project Manager to join our team in the Austin, Texas Area. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of residential construction projects. Responsibilities include ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, managing resources and logistics, conducting inspections, and facilitating communication among key stakeholders. The individual will also handle expediting project milestones and addressing any challenges to ensure smooth project delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Management and Expediting skills for overseeing timelines and critical project milestones
- Proficiency in Logistics Management to ensure efficient resource allocation and supply chain processes
- Experience with Inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Capability to act as an Expeditor, ensuring procurement and delivery align with project requirements
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of the residential construction industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus
