Responsibilities
Manage and maintain a route of 400–500 residential and commercial lawn care customers
- Perform weed control, fertilization, and other turf treatments
- Provide exceptional customer service and account management
- Handle turf bid requests and create proposals for potential clients
- Efficiently manage daily routes to ensure timely and quality service
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive lawn care solutions
- Self-motivated
- Career-focused and driven
- Thrives in a structured environment and is detail-oriented
- Enjoys building relationships with customers, employees, and industry partners
- 3 years of experience in the green or agricultural industry preferred
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in agronomy, turfgrass, or agricultural sciences is a plus
- Valid Driver’s License and DOT certification required
- Holds a state-issued pesticide applicator license (turfgrass)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
