Our Arborists are trained in the art and science of tree and shrub care—maintaining, improving, and preserving the health of the landscapes we serve. Key Responsibilities
- Execute pruning and tree work on client properties, including tree pruning and removal, shrub pruning, mulch installation, and stump grinding
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment while also working independently with efficiency
- Operate small-engine equipment safely and proficiently, including chainsaws, shears, and string trimmers
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding service expectations, processes, and timelines
- Adhere to all safety protocols while working aloft and on the ground

- Strong physical capability, including the ability to lift 50 lbs. and walk 3 miles per day
- Comfort and respect for working at heights; ability to climb and work aloft
- Ability to push and pull objects over extended distances
- Ability to work effectively in all weather conditions
- Commitment to team collaboration and workplace safety
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to obtain DOT certification and pass a background check and drug screening
