At Ryan Lawn & Tree we want to talk to you! Our company is rapidly growing and we are expanding our Irrigation group. If you love working outside this role will involve Irrigation install, service, repairs and excellent customer service skills.

We are looking for a detail oriented individual looking to grow their career in the Irrigation industry. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is passionate about Irrigation systems and lawn care. A continual learner striving to master the craft while seeking opportunities to further develop and expand our service offerings. Our training program will help you build your skillset to be successful in this position. As a Ryan Irrigation Service Tech Trainee you will work with our customers to provide solutions and improvements to their Irrigation systems.

What You’ll Do

• Install, service, and repair irrigation systems, including heads, rotors, main lines, drip lines, valves, and timers.
• Perform routine maintenance and seasonal services, such as system turn-ons, turn-offs, and mid-season checks.
• Lead and manage new system installations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and professionally.
• Work directly with customers, providing expert recommendations and excellent service.
• Maintain organized paperwork and clear communication with office staff.
• Utilize company resources effectively to optimize workflow and efficiency.
  
  

Requirements

• Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in landscaping, plumbing, or a related field is a plus, but we offer training to the right candidate!
