In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors — playing a key part in delivering the exceptional service experience our clients have come to expect from Ryan Lawn & Tree.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and visitors — greet walk-ins warmly, answer questions, and help resolve concerns quickly and professionally
- Process payments — assist customers with in-person transactions, following PCI compliance standards and ensuring accurate, timely handling of payments
- Keep the front desk running smoothly — maintain a clean, organized reception area and help ensure the safety and security of our office environment
- Manage mail and deliveries — sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing mail for timely processing
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, administrative, or office support role
- Prior experience handling cash, checks, or payment processing is strongly preferred
