What You'll Do
- Build relationships with new and existing customers.
- Help individuals and families identify their insurance needs and recommend appropriate protection options.
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and relationship-building.
- Educate customers about auto, home, life, health, and other available insurance products.
- Follow up with prospective customers and confidently guide them through purchasing decisions.
- Work toward individual and team sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Participate in team competitions, training, and community outreach activities.
What We're Looking For
