Painters and Tapers

Wanted: Experienced Painters and Tapers to join our growing team in Altoona, WI.

This is a full-time opportunity for skilled professionals who take pride in delivering quality workmanship on residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform painting and taping on a variety of interior and exterior projects
• Operate tools and equipment safely, including paint sprayers and scissor lifts (experience preferred)
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Communicate professionally with team members and clients
• Deliver consistent, high-quality results that meet company standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in painting and taping
• Familiarity with job site safety practices and industry-standard tools
• Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic
• Ability to use measuring tools, ladders, and scaffolding safely
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $18.00 – $30.00 (based on experience)
