This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong & dependable work ethic. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently.
Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks on time.
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Support skilled tradespeople as needed during projects.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with construction environments is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Basic knowledge of safety practices in a labor setting is beneficial.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
