Associate Attorney – Immigration Law

Location: Milwaukee, WI (Walker's Point)

Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Salary: Starting at $80,000

Ryan Immigration Law is a growing Milwaukee-based immigration law firm dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered legal representation to individuals and families navigating the U.S. immigration system. We are seeking a bilingual Associate Attorney who is eager to make a meaningful impact while developing their career through hands-on mentorship and courtroom experience.

Whether you're beginning your legal career or looking to transition into immigration law, we are committed to investing in your professional growth. Prior immigration law experience is not required—we are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for advocating for immigrant communities.

As an Associate Attorney, you will gain experience representing clients in a variety of legal matters, including:

• Immigration Court proceedings
• Immigration benefits before USCIS
• Criminal matters, including felonies and misdemeanors
• Traffic court matters
• Client consultations and case strategy
• Legal research, writing, and case preparation
• Preparing applications, motions, and supporting documentation
• Working closely with clients throughout every stage of their cases

This position offers meaningful courtroom exposure and the opportunity to work directly alongside Attorney Maria Ryan in a collaborative, mentorship-focused environment.

• Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong legal research and writing abilities
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
