What You’ll Do:
- Design, implement, and manage company-wide benefits programs.
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Lead annual open enrollment and benefits communications.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, etc.).
- Provide guidance to leaders and HR partners on benefits strategy.
- Manage regulatory filings and reporting.
- Drive process improvements and system enhancements.
- Lead and develop a team of HR Associates, overseeing HR operations (onboarding, terminations, relocations, ADA accommodations).
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 8 years of experience in benefits design and administration.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and self-insured plans (preferred).
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
