What You’ll Do:
- Design, implement, and optimize company-wide benefits programs that support our employees and business goals.
- Own vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and performance management.
- Lead annual open enrollment and drive clear, effective benefits communication.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, etc.).
- Partner with HR and business leaders to guide benefits strategy and decision-making.
- Manage regulatory filings and reporting with accuracy and confidence.
- Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
- Lead and develop a team of HR Associates who support benefits enrollment, onboarding, terminations, relocations, and ADA accommodations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 8 years of experience in benefits design/administration
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements
- Experience working with self-insured plans (preferred)
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
- A detail-oriented, solution-focused mindset
Compensation
We offer a strong, competitive compensation package, including:
- Total compensation landing around $150k , depending on experience (including our 25% annual bonus opportunity)
