This position is responsible for ensuring all service fire sprinkler work is performed to the highest possible standard, executed efficiently, effectively, and code compliant by managing the field team and projects.

This position is responsible for ensuring all service fire sprinkler work is performed to the highest possible standard, executed efficiently, effectively, and code compliant by managing the field team and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day labor for Service and Inspection fitters.
- Maximize productivity of field staff while simultaneously keeping morale at an optimal level.
- Support and train Inspection Team personnel including Inspectors, Inside Sales and Office Manager.
- Implement and enforce all training and safety requirements for field personnel
- Review all projects completed below projected margins with Salesman and Project Manager
- Directly Project Manage all service calls and certain service, repair and maintenance projects.
- Manage Weekly Labor Projections and Placement
- Order and manage all tool and rental equipment needs required to complete service projects and inspections.
- Support PMs with kick-off and site visits as needed
- Review unbilled work orders weekly with Project Managers and Account Managers
- Manage equipment and material stock as directed by Operations Manager
- Resolve customer complaints and report to Branch Manager
- Answer emergency service calls and dispatch technicians as necessary
- Manage on-call technician calendar
