Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare service agreements and proposals for Account Manager review, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Manage the renewal process for existing service agreements, tracking expiration dates and coordinating timely outreach to customers.
- Support client communications, including follow-ups, scheduling coordination, and status updates.
- Assist with tracking proposal pipelines and service renewal timelines.
- Collaborate with the Service team to ensure proposals and documentation align with company standards.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales support, administrative coordination, or a related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- A team-first attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Experience with CRM or service management software is a plus
