About Ryan Engineering
We're a structural engineering firm based in Northwest Arkansas with offices in Siloam Springs and Fayetteville. Our work spans industrial, municipal, commercial, and specialty projects — some local, some across the country. We're a smaller firm, which means you won't disappear into a department. You'll work directly with experienced engineers, your name goes on real work, and when something comes up on a project, you'll have people around you to work through it with.
This position is based out of our Fayetteville office.
We take our work seriously and we take care of our clients. That means returning calls, hitting deadlines, and being honest when problems come up.
What You'll Do
You'll own projects end to end — budget, schedule, and scope, the works. You'll delegate technical work to the right people, keep disciplines coordinated, and be the one clients call when they need a straight answer. Review at this level is about technical risk, contracts, and whether the numbers still make sense. If scope changes or an invoice needs explaining, that's you too.
What We're Looking For
You know structural engineering, and now you want to run the whole show. Specifically:
• 6–12 years of experience, with real project delivery under your belt
• Active PE license
• A track record managing budget, schedule, and client relationships — not just design
• Comfortable delegating and leading a team through a full project lifecycle
