We're a structural engineering firm based in Northwest Arkansas with offices in Siloam Springs and Fayetteville. Our work spans industrial, municipal, commercial, and specialty projects — some local, some across the country. We're a smaller firm, which means you won't disappear into a department. You'll work directly with experienced engineers, your name goes on real work, and when something comes up on a project, you'll have people around you to work through it with.
This position is based out of our Fayetteville office.
We take our work seriously and we take care of our clients. That means returning calls, hitting deadlines, and being honest when problems come up.
What You'll Do
You'll be the technical lead on our most complex work — setting the design approach, working through the hard problems nobody's solved yet, and sealing work once you're licensed and in responsible charge. Review at this level is peer- and QC-focused: the big assumptions, the risk, the coordination calls, the final deliverables — not a line-by-line check. You'll mentor the engineers coming up behind you, because that's part of the job too.
What We're Looking For
You've been doing this a while and you're ready to lead, not just execute. Specifically:
• 8–15 years of structural engineering experience
• Active PE license (SE license is a plus)
• A track record leading complex projects, not just contributing to them
• You genuinely enjoy helping other engineers grow

Compensation & Benefits
• $103,000–$154,350 depending on experience
