Location: Wesley Heights- Hybrid (4 days onsite per week)

Compensation: Base salary of $55,000 commission

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000–$130,000



Job Summar

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Account Executive to drive revenue growth within mid-market accounts. This role combines strong individual sales performance with leadership responsibilities, including mentoring peers and influencing sales strategy. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, consistently exceeds quota, and thrives in a fast-paced, consultative software sales environment


Responsibilities

  • Manage full sales cycle: discovery, solution alignment, demos, negotiation, and close
  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting and pipeline development
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Build and execute strategic account plans across multiple stakeholders
  • Develop relationships with decision-makers, including senior executives
  • Partner cross-functionally to align solutions with customer needs
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM data
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and strategy
  • Closing complex, high-value mid-market deals
  • Balancing new business development with account growth
  • Building long-term, trusted customer relationships
  • Improving and scaling sales best practices


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4–6 years of experience in software/SaaS sales (preferred) or similar technology sales roles
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing complex deals
  • Experience managing multi-threaded sales cycles
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to engage both operational and executive-level stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven

Salary : $55,000 - $130,000
